To be eligible for the Programme, the product must fall within the categories accepted by Puricare, which may include countertop water dispensers, floor-standing water dispensers, under-counter systems, bottled water dispensers, water boilers, or water coolers. The product must be owned by the customer and be authentic and identifiable.
To apply, simply submit a completed Trade-In Request Form with clear, unedited photos and videos showing the product’s condition, brand, and model. All entries are subject to our verification.
Yes! We accept eligible products from any models/brands, as long as they fall within the approved categories and meet the basic condition requirements.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to submit multiple products for trade-in. Just make sure each item comes with its own set of photos/videos and is filled out individually in the Trade-In Request Form.

There’s no strict age limit, but the overall condition and functionality of the product will influence the trade-in value. Products over 10 years old may be accepted with a minimal trade-in value, subject to assessment.
Possibly. Non-working or partially working products may still be eligible, but the trade-in value may be reduced based on their condition.
Products with missing parts such as drip trays, filters, nozzles may still be considered, but the trade-in value will be adjusted accordingly. Full disclosure in the Trade-In Request Form is mandatory.
If the actual condition of the product at the time of collection differs significantly from your submission, we reserve the right to adjust the trade-in value accordingly.
Once the trade-in has been formally approved, processed, and acknowledged through a signed quotation, it shall be deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable. No cancellations, modifications, or reversals will be permitted thereafter.
