Rental Program

Pay a recurring fee (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.) to use a dispenser without ownership. Warranty and basic servicing are included, and the unit must be returned after the rental term.

What is PureZero (Lease-to-Own)?

PureZero (Lease-to-Own) is a flexible and affordable payment option that lets you lease a water dispenser over a fixed period and own it at the end! It’s a great way to enjoy clean water now while paying in easy monthly installments.

You will pay in affordable monthly installments over a set lease term — 3, 4, or 6 months, depending on your selected payment plan.


Once all payments are completed, the dispenser is officially yours!

Payment options include:

  1. Atome: 3-month (interest-free) or 6-month (with interest) plans
  2. GrabPay Later: 4 months interest-free plan monthly installments.

No separate lease contract will be issued. Instead, your final invoice will act as the official document for your lease-to-own arrangement with outlining all terms, product details, and your payment schedule.

All Puricare water dispensers offered under the PureZero program are brand new. This includes our full range of products: countertop units, floor-standing models, undercounter systems, bottled dispensers, water boilers, and coolers.

Not at all. PureZero (Lease-to-Own) requires zero downpayment or security deposit to get started.

We currently support Atome and GrabPay Later for the PureZero Lease-to-Own programme.

No. All fees including any applicable interest such as Atome’s 6-month plan with interest will be clearly shown on Atome at checkout. There are no hidden charges or surprise costs. What you see is what you pay.

Possibly! You can end the lease early by settling all outstanding payments through your Payment Provider. Please note that any payments made are non-refundable. There’s no need to return the product unless it’s defective.

No. Once you enroll in the program, your order is considered final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, returns, or refunds. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming.

Upgrades are only available after your lease term ends. At the moment, mid-term upgrades aren’t supported.

Leases are non-transferable during the lease period. The agreement stays with you until the end of the lease term and full ownership is transferred.

Each dispenser comes with a one (1) year limited warranty that covers you throughout the lease period. For added peace of mind, Pcare+ extended warranty options are also available when enrolling in the program.

Don’t worry! If your product is found to be defective and can’t be repaired, we will either repair it or offer you a replacement at no zero cost. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

The replacement product will carry over the remaining warranty period from your original product. It will not come with a brand-new warranty or extension. But we will make sure it’s in great working condition!

If your product needs to be brought back to our service centre for inspection, we will provide a temporary standby unit so you can still enjoy clean water while your original unit is being serviced.

You are responsible for any damage not covered by warranty, including consumable parts such as filters, batteries, as well as damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs. Additional charges may apply for any repairs or replacements needed. We encourage you to treat your dispenser like your own, because very soon, it will be!

Servicing for damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges. But don’t worry, we will always inform you before any fees apply.
