Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days from the time of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary based on product availability and schedule availability.
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our dispensers covering technical defects which includes free repairs or replacements due to manufacturer issue. Extended warranty coverage and maintenance contracts are also available.
Our installation service includes free fittings & accessories as needed. Free drilling will only be applicable for laminated wood, Korean top material (exclude granite, quartz, stone, etc…)

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can choose instalment plans with Grab PayLater or Atome, or pay using Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, AMEX, or GrabPay.

1. Turn Off All Switches
Before replacing the bottle, turn off all three power switches (green, yellow, red) at the back of the dispenser.
2. Install the New Bottle
Place the new water bottle properly inside the cabinet.
3. Turn On the Yellow Switch Only (Back of Unit)
This activates the internal pump to refill the tanks with water.
4. Wait for the “Empty” Light to Stop Blinking
Allow the pump to complete the refill.
5. Turn On the Red and Green Switches (Back of Unit)
Once refilling is complete, switch on the red (hot) and green (cold) switches to resume operation.
