Puricare Private Limited (“Puricare”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) offers a one-time, complimentary 7-day satisfaction exchange policy (the “Policy”) for eligible products (collectively, the “Products”) purchased directly through Our authorized sales representatives. This policy is extended solely to the original purchaser or subscriber (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”) and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
At Puricare, if You have changed Your mind, You may submit a request to return the Product for an exchange for a different model within seven (7) calendar days from the date the Product was received with no questions asked, subject to the following terms:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN REQUEST
To qualify for a return request and be eligible for a one-to-one exchange under this Policy, all of the following conditions must be strictly satisfied:
1.1 the Customer must submit the return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product;
1.2 the Product must be returned in its original packaging, together with all original accessories, documentation, and any complimentary items (where applicable), and must be in the same condition as when originally received. Puricare reserves the right to reject any return if the Product shows signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or failure to exercise reasonable care by the Customer;
1.3 the Customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or delivery order issued by Puricare;
1.4 the Product must not fall within the list of non-returnable items as set out in Clause 5 of this Policy; and
1.5 Puricare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and reject any return and/or exchange request that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, abusive, or part of a pattern of excessive or unreasonable return behaviour, including but not limited to repeated returns and refund requests.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Initiation of Return Request
To initiate a return under this Policy, the Customer must submit a return request to Puricare’s Customer Careline within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. The return request must include a valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or delivery order issued by Puricare.

2.2 Collection and Packaging Requirements
Upon Puricare’s verification and approval of the return request, Puricare will arrange for the collection
and/or exchange of the Product at the original delivery address. The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Product is securely, properly, and appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transportation. Puricare reserves the right to reject any return or deny an exchange for Products that are found to be damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging by the Customer.
2.3 Limitation of Liability for Delays
Puricare shall not be held liable for any delays in the processing of returns, exchanges, or collections that are caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public holidays, transportation delays, governmental restrictions, or technical system failures.
3. REJECTION OF RETURN
Puricare reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any return request under this Policy, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
3.1 the Product has been damaged, altered, tampered with, or exhibits clear evidence of misuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation or operation, where such condition is not attributable to any act or omission by Puricare;
3.2 the return request is submitted after the expiration of the seven (7) calendar day period from the date of delivery;
3.3 the Product is returned without its original packaging, or is incomplete, including but not limited to missing accessories, documentation, complimentary items, or any other components that were originally delivered with the Product; and
4. EXCHANGE TERMS
4.1 each original purchase shall be eligible for one (1) exchange only under this Policy. Subsequent exchange requests for the same transaction or Product shall not be entertained, regardless of the reason provided;
4.2 all exchanges are strictly subject to the availability of the requested replacement Product at the time of the Customer’s request and Puricare’s sole discretion and approval. Puricare makes no guarantee or representation regarding the availability of any specific Product for exchange;
4.3 upon approval of a valid one-to-one exchange request, the replacement Product shall be processed and dispatched within seven (7) business days, subject to Product availability, warehouse scheduling, and applicable logistical arrangements;
4.4 once an exchange request is approved and processed, no further changes or cancellations to the replacement selection shall be permitted;
4.5 upon successful delivery of the exchanged Product to the Customer, ownership of the original Product shall transfer to Puricare, and the Customer shall have no further claim or entitlement to the original Product;
4.6 any exchanged Product shall inherit the remaining warranty period of the originally purchased Product. The warranty period shall not reset or be extended as a result of the exchange;
4.7 in the event the Customer requests a replacement Product of higher value than the original Product, the Customer shall be liable to pay the price difference in full prior to dispatch of the replacement.
Puricare reserves the right to withhold shipment of the replacement Product until any related quotation or agreement has been duly acknowledged and signed by the Customer; and
4.8 if the replacement Product is of lower value than the original Product, Puricare shall not be under any obligation to refund the difference in price. The Customer agrees that the difference shall be offset against administrative, operational, and logistical costs reasonably incurred by Puricare in the course of processing the exchange.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following categories of Products shall be deemed strictly non-returnable and are excluded from eligibility under this Exchange Policy, regardless of condition or timing:
5.1 all consumables, including but not limited to water filters, filter cartridges, and any opened or partially used beverage items such as bottled water, shall be strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety considerations;
5.2 products that are not purchased directly from Puricare or its authorised sales representatives, including those obtained through unauthorised resellers, third-party platforms, or private individuals, are expressly excluded from this Policy and are ineligible for return and/or exchange under any circumstances;
5.3 products sold as clearance items, final sale, or explicitly marked as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable,” including but not limited to those sold as part of a promotional bundle, customised package, or offered at promotional pricing at the time of purchase, shall be strictly ineligible for return and/or exchange under this Policy, unless otherwise expressly authorised in writing by Puricare; and
5.4 products provided under the PureZero Lease-to-Own Programme are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable upon the commencement of the lease period. Once the lease is initiated, the Lessee shall have no right to cancel, return, exchange, or claim refund for the leased Product.
6. AMENDMENTS
6.1 Puricare reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, update, suspend, or terminate this Exchange Policy (the “Policy”) at any time and without prior notice to Customers;
6.2 notwithstanding the foregoing, the version of this Policy that is in effect at the time of the original purchase shall apply exclusively to that specific transaction, provided that such version is not inconsistent with any mandatory applicable consumer protection laws;
6.3 customers acknowledge and agree that continued use of Puricare’s Products or services after any such amendment or modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy; and
6.4 Puricare shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by any amendments, modifications, or termination of this Policy.
