These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Puricare Trade-In Program (the “Program”) offered by Puricare Pte Ltd (“Puricare”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGILIBITY
1.1 The Program is open to individuals with a commercial address in Singapore who own a Puricare water dispenser, or a third-party water dispenser are eligible for trade-in discounts.
1.2 Customers shall be permitted to trade in one (1) or more eligible units under this Program, irrespective of the quantity of new Puricare products purchased. All trade-in submissions shall be subject to evaluation and final approval at the sole discretion of Puricare.
1.3 Trade-in rewards shall be issued in the form of instant discounts applicable to the purchase of eligible new Puricare products. The eligibility, valuation, and application of such rewards shall be subject to the type and assessed condition of the trade-in unit, as determined exclusively and at the sole discretion of Puricare.
2. TRADE-IN PROCESS IS SIMPLE
2.1 Submission of Request
To initiate a trade-in, Customers are required to complete and submit the official trade-in request form, along with clear and accurate photographs and/or video recordings that sufficiently depict the product’s physical condition, identifiable brand, and model information. We will review the submitted materials and provide a response within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of receipt.
2.2 Product Verification and Eligibility
Upon receipt and review of the trade-in submission, a Puricare sales representative will contact the Customer to verify the product’s eligibility and to assist with the selection of a new Puricare product under this Program.
2.3 Quotation and Acknowledgement
Following a preliminary assessment, a quotation indicating the proposed trade-in value will be issued. The Customer is required to sign the quotation to confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of the assessed trade-in value. The trade-in shall be deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable upon the Customer’s signature.
2.4 Collection and Final Inspection
The trade-in product shall be collected by a Puricare technician at the time of delivery and installation of the new Puricare product. Such delivery and installation shall be scheduled within seven (7) business days from the date of trade-in confirmation, subject to product availability and mutual coordination with the Customer.
2.5 Discount Application
Upon successful delivery and installation of the new Puricare product, the confirmed trade-in value shall be applied as an instant discount against the final invoice. This discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and valid solely for the offset of the new product purchased under this Program.
3. TRADE-IN VALUE
3.1 Trade-in value shall be determined by Puricare based on the product category and its physical and functional condition, as declared in the Trade-In Request Form and verified upon inspection. Eligible product categories include:
3.2 All trade-in values are final and non-negotiable, determined solely at the discretion of Puricare in accordance with its internal evaluation criteria.
3.3 Trade-in discounts are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and are valid only for offsetting the purchase of eligible new Puricare products under this Program.
3.4 This Program shall not be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaigns, discounts, or special pricing offers, unless expressly authorised in writing by Puricare.
3.5 Puricare reserves the right to revise or rescind the trade-in value initially offered if the actual condition of the trade-in unit upon collection materially differs from the condition declared at the time of submission.
4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
4.1 Puricare collects and processes personal data provided by the Customer, including but not limited to photographs, videos, product information, and contact details, solely for the purposes of administering the Trade-In Program, including eligibility verification, trade-in valuation, Customer communication, and fulfilment of the Program benefits.
5. AMENDMENT
5.1 Puricare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade-In Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Any such amendments shall take effect immediately upon being published on Puricare’s official website or communicated through any other official channel designated by Puricare.
5.3 Notwithstanding Clause 5.2, trade-in requests that have been duly submitted and acknowledged by Puricare prior to the effective date of any amendments shall remain governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of submission, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Puricare.
